Family Man

I grew up with 3 brothers (2 older and 1 younger) and my parents. From a young age my parents helped show me the importance and power of education. Both of my parents have told me that they’d strongly considered being teachers but never pursued the career. I may have inherited the love of teaching and education from them. They were very clear about how important it was that we take education seriously and push ourselves to be the best that we could be. I’ve carried that through in my own life and in my classroom as well.

In 2008 I married my sweetheart, Jennifer Bradford. 4 years later we were blessed with a daughter, Elanore. Our family is small, but it is of great importance to me. Every day my daughter is getting smarter and smarter and I’m working on instilling the same love for education into her as what my parents instilled into me.
